• Tracking information will be provided via email once the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

• Lean Labs utilises Australia Post Express and other reputable courier services.

• Estimated delivery times are 1–3 business days for metropolitan areas and up to 5 business days for rural or regional locations.

• All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Guarantee & Risk Transfer

• Lean Labs guarantees dispatch only, not delivery.

• Risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the purchaser once an order has been handed to the carrier.

• Lean Labs shall not be held liable for carrier-related delays, misrouting, or non-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

• In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, the purchaser must lodge a formal inquiry with the carrier.

• Notification must also be provided to Lean Labs at 📧 leanlabshq@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• Lean Labs may, at its sole discretion, provide assistance with carrier investigations but accepts no liability for outcomes.

Discreet Packaging

• All products are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external reference to contents, supplier, or product type.

• This measure ensures discretion and customer privacy.

Customs & Import Compliance

• It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that products ordered from Lean Labs comply with the laws, regulations, and import restrictions of their jurisdiction.

• Lean Labs accepts no liability for shipments delayed, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or other regulatory authorities.

• No refunds or replacements will be issued in such circumstances.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

• Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the purchaser at checkout.

• Lean Labs is not responsible for parcels lost due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated delivery information supplied by the purchaser.

• Any reshipment, if offered, will be at the sole discretion of Lean Labs and may incur additional costs payable by the purchaser.
